Mind Goals

This year I want to ensure I focus on setting a primary goal for my mind. It is my primary tool, yet I often neglect it and coast on the skills and knowledge I get through my workaday experience. Here are a few examples I am considering:

  1. Learn a new skill, such as a language or musical instrument.

  2. Committing myself to a certification or an advanced degree.

  3. Engaging in activities that challenge my mind, such as puzzles, games, or crosswords.

  4. Reading a certain number of new books.

  5. Getting enough sleep.
