Body Goals


In the pursuit of holistic goals, I've decided to focus on mind, body, soul, family, and professional goals. Today I want to discuss body goals - and my decision to pivot from my traditional failures. Rather than losing a number of pounds or getting to a certain size, I want to think about numbers more important to my longevity:

  1. Lowering my cholesterol by 40.

  2. Drinking 2.5 L of water per day.

  3. Sleeping 7-8 hours per night.

  4. Walking 45 minutes per day.

  5. Doing strength training twice a week.

I want to live a long, fulfilling life. That starts with what I do this year.
